This mod created by Sbugs adds an updated cyberface (face scan likeness update) with accurate tattoos for Ousmane Dieng (2022 Draft prospect) with two different hairstyles to NBA 2K22 and NBA 2K21 PC.
To switch between hairstyles, use the headband option in-game. If you want random hairstyles set the "headband frequency" to "sometimes" or "often". Place all files in mods folder.
