• 09.08.2023 Roster Update: This update includes preparations for day 1
• 09.09.2023 Roster Update: Christian Wood has been added to the Los Angeles Lakers roster following the signing of the forward by the Los Angeles team.
• 09.10.2023 Roster Update: Justin Champagnie has been added to the Miami Heat after the former Celtic signed a training camp contract with the Miami team. Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk has also been added to the Boston Celtics roster after the Ukrainian player signed a 1-year contract.
• 09.11.2023 Roster Update: New face scans have been added for the following players: Matt Ryan (Free Agency), A. J. Green (Milwaukee Bucks), and Cole Swider (Miami Heat), which you can view here.
• 09.12.2023 Roster Update: The face scan of Oklahoma City Thunder's small forward, Jack White, has been added. You can view it here.
• 09.13.2023 Roster Update: The roster has been updated after patch v1.2 release.
• 09.19.2023 Roster Update: New face scan has been added for Brooklyn Nets´ head coach Jacque Vaughn.
• 09.28.2023 Roster Update: The roster has been updated based on the Damian Lillard trade, which involved 3 teams. The Milwaukee Bucks receive Damian Lillard, the Trail Blazers receive Jrue Holiday, DeAndre Ayton, Toumani Camara, and the Phoenix Suns receive Jusuf Nurkic, Grayson Allen, Nassir Little, and Keon Johnson.
• 10.01.2023 Roster Update: The roster has been updated based on the recent trade in which the Boston Celtics acquired Jrue Holiday from the Blazers in exchange for Malcolm Brogdon, Robert Williams, a 2024 1st-round pick (via Warriors), and a 2029 unprotected 1st-round pick (via Celtics).
• 10.08.2023 Roster Update: This roster update adds retro coach updates plus player face scans added to various players in the historic draft classes.
• 10.11.2023 Roster Update: This roster update adds face scan to Darius Days, contract extensions for Payton Prtichard plus Devin Vassell. It also fixes retro team coaches for ´11-´12 New York Knicks, ´11-´12 Oklahoma City Thunder and ´03-´04 Detroi Pistons. Emoni Bates + Oscar Tshiebwe are in the game files but will not be officially added until the 10/24 opening night roster update along with other two-way/unguaranteed contract players who make rosters.
• 10.13.2023 Roster Update: The roster has been updated after patch v2.1 release.
• 10.14.2023 Roster Update: The roster has been updated after hotfix release.
• 10.18.2023 Roster Update: 2K just dropped a new roster update reflecting a new trade, which involves the Houston Rockets trading G Kevin Porter Jr. and two future second-round picks to the Oklahoma City Thunder, who are waiving Porter Jr. immediately. In return, the Thunder are sending the Rockets Victor Oladipo and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl in the transaction.
• 10.22.2023 Roster Update: The following players are set to enter free agency: Matt Ryan, Carlik Jones, Wenyen Gabriel, Kehm Birch, Rudy Gay, Rodney McGruder, Jaylen Nowell, Darius Bazley, and Isaiah Roby. Daishen Nix has been signed by the Minnesota Timberwolves with a two-way contract, while the Miami Heat has signed Dru Smith to a multiyear standard NBA contract, and Cole Swider has been converted into a two-way contract player.
• 10.24.2023 Roster Update: 2K has dropped a massive roster update for NBA 2K24. This update serves as a dynamic prelude to the opening night adding more than 70 new players and updated face scans.
• 10.25.2023 Roster Update: Minor roster update that adjusts lineups and adds injuries to reflect the current status of NBA teams at the start of the regular season.
• 10.26.2023 Roster Update: Minor roster update that adds Ricky Council IV to Philadelphia 76ers, Wesley Matthews injury added and removes Aleksej Pokusevski injury.
• 10.30.2023 Roster Update: Minor injury updates plus Bismack Biyombo added to Memphis Grizzlies via Hardship Designation.
• 10.31.2023 Roster Update: James Harden was traded to the Clippers. 2K updated the rosters and aded James Harden, P.J. Tucker and Filip Petrusev to Los Angeles Clippers and Nicolas Batum, Marcus Morris, Robert Covington, KJ Martin & multiple draft picks to Philadelphia 76ers.
• 11.01.2023 Roster Update: 2K has released a new roster update that adds Keon Johnson to the Brooklyn Nets with a two-way contract and has removed Anthony Gill's injury.
• 11.02.2023 Roster Update: 2K has released a new roster update that adds updated jersey number for Marcus Morris and Nicolas Batum. Filip Petrusev has been added to the Sacramento Kings and the injuries of Haywood Highsmith and Landry Shamet have been removed. No city edition jerseys yet.
• 11.03.2023 Roster Update: Massive roster update featuring the new city edition jerseys plus Jeremiah Earl to the New Orleans Pelicans. Check out all 30 NBA teams City Edition Jerseys here.
• 11.06.2023 Roster Update: Updated lineups for all 30 NBA teams.*City Edition and In-Season Tournament courts have not been added yet after today's patch update. It is expected that these courts will be added soon.
• 11.07.2023 Roster Update: This new roster update adds Gui Santos to Golden State Warriors with a new face scan and tattoos. Xavier Moon added to Los Angeles Clippers and added injuries to Robert Williams and Jamal Murray.
• 11.28.2023 Roster Update: In the latest update of the NBA 2K24 roster on November 28, 2023 after Season 3 update, player face scans for LaMelo Ball and Jalen Williams and for the following WNBA players: Maya Caldwell, Rhyne Howard, Marine Johannes, Nikolina Milic, Naz Hillmon, Iliana Rupert, Nyara Sabally, Victaria Saxton, NaLyssa Smith, Kristy Wallace and Jocelyn Willoughby.
• 11.09.2023 Roster Update: 1st Official Player Rating Update dropped. This roster adds updated attributes, heights, weights, wingspans and positions.
• 11.12.2023 Update: 2K has released an update to include the Mexico City Game 2023 challenge 'Win a triple threat skill challenge to 21 points and make 3 dunks with a player for the Ruby Juan Toscano player card!
• 11.13.2023 Update: 2K added the city courts for 76ers, Bucks, Clippers, Hawks, Hornets, Jazz, Kings, Magic, Nuggets, Pacers, Pistons, Rockets, Spurs, Suns, Thunder, Warriors, Wizards. Not yet for Cavs, Heat, Knicks, Nets, Raptors and Timberwolves. No In-Season Tournament courts.
• 11.30.2023 Update: 2K releases their second massive player ratings through a new official roster update that is already available. Check out the full details here.
• 12.01.2023 Update: 2K releases today December 1, 2023 a new roster update with updated 2K ratings for Jacob Gilyard (73 OVR), Thomas Bryant (74 OVR) and Precious Achiuwa (76 OVR).
• 12.03.2023 Update: Updated injuries, removed three injuries and added three new injuries.
• 12.11.2023 Update: 2K added Jontay Porter (Toronto Raptors) and Jules Bernard (Washington Wizards) in today´s roster update.
• 12.21.2023 Update: 2K has dropped a massive player rating update along with a classic teams update where new players have been added: Anthony Avent, Rusty Larue, Rick Brunson, Darrick Martin, Sasha Pavlovic, Jeff Ayres.
• 12.22.2023 Update: AI and playbook updates for the Suns, Bucks, Nuggets, Lakers Warriors, Spurs, Mavericks, Celtics, 76ers, and Pelicans. 2K also made some minor off-ball positioning changes & reworked the double team data, frequencies and rotations.
• 12.31.2023 Update: 2K has updated the roster, incorporating the latest trade: New York Knicks acquired forward OG Anunoby in a trade that sends RJ Barrett, Immanuel Quickley, and a 2024 second-round pick to the Toronto Raptors, as announced by the teams on Saturday.
• 01.09.2024 Update: 2K has released a new roster update to enable the new face scans added after the Season 4 update. Now available are the face scans for Chet Holmgren with a beard, Wembanyama with the mini afro hair, for WNBA coach Christie Sides, and for the player Han Xu.
• 01.11.2024 Update: 2K dropped a the 4th player rating update via new official roster update.
• 01.16.2024 Update: 2K dropped a new official roster update to include the latest trade between Detroit Pistons and Washington Wizards. Gallinari and Muscala to Pistons and Bagley and Livers to Wizards.
• 01.18.2024 Update: 2K dropped a new official roster update today to include the latest trade between Indiana Pacers and Toronto Raptors. Pascal Siakam to Pacers and Bruce Brown, Jordan Nwora and Kira Lewis to Toronto Raptors.
• 01.23.2024 Update: 2K was fast! The latest trade between the Charlotte Hornets and Miami Heat is already reflected in the new roster update of NBA 2K24. Where Terry Rozier has been sent to the Heat and Kyle Lowry to the Hornets.
