This mod created by PPP aka PrettyPaulPierce adds a cyberface for Austin Reaves, player of the Los Angeles Lakers, who has a generic face on the default roster (missing face scan) to NBA 2K22.
Once you download the file at the link below, make sure you paste the "face8087.iff" and "png8087.iff" files into your Mods folder. If you don´t know how to install them, I suggest you to follow my guide on how to install mods on NBA 2K22.
