How to Install this Mod:
Once you download the mod from the link below, open the .rar file with WinRAR and drag and drop the iff files into: Steam/steamapps/common/NBA 2K25

hello! where to find his cyberface?
ReplyDeleteThis player is not in 2K25 by default, so you’ll need to create him in-game and manually assign the face ID using CE, following the NLSC tutorial or just use my custom version with my DNA.
Deletecant find him in the nba roster? help!
ReplyDeleteThis is something I’ve already explained several times: you have two options. You can either create the player in-game using the player creator, or download any DNA from the server and then assign the face ID (the .iff number) to that player using CE following the NLSC tutorial.
DeleteBut if you want to skip all that hassle, you can always get my 30 cyberface pack, which is just copy, paste, and play I’ve already created all the rookies and assigned each one their cyberface and portrait.
where is the tutorial at for the face id
ReplyDeletePlease, I suggest you check the comments, I already explained it in this post. This player is not in 2K by default, so you need to create his DNA in-game using the player creator, or download a DNA from the 2K servers and then assign the face ID using CE. The face ID is the number shown in the .iff file: 'pngzzzz.iff', where zzzz is the face ID. The ID will depend on the modder, since creating a cyberface requires replacing an existing one. The tutorial is on NLSC: https://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=291&t=116206&sid=f69f2fa7b7ff409811ca8b853478e6e1. Still, it's not something easy, so you always have the option to download my 30 cyberface pack, which includes a 2025–2026 roster with all the face IDs already assigned for both cyberfaces and headshots.
Deletetried changing the cf id of these files to match the cf id of the old cooper flagg cyberface but when i load it the face is very distorted and only the skin shows
ReplyDeleteI don’t know why you’re trying that, because it’s just not going to work. This year, cyberfaces only work by using existing files, and that includes everything inside the IFF files. It’s not enough to just rename an IFF, because the modder who made that cyberface used a different player as the base not the ID you’re trying to use. To make it work, you’d have to rename and edit all the files—DDS, TXTR, SCNE—for the body, hair, and facial hair. It’s honestly insane.
DeleteWhat you should do is either assign the face ID yourself using Cheat Engine, or DM the author on Ko-fi (where you downloaded it) if you’re having issues.
Also, I feel like people aren’t reading the author’s note he clearly states that his cyberface replaces Jim Spanarkel. So once you’ve copied the files, just look for that player in the 2K roster and you’re good to go.
Or you always have the option of getting my 30 cyberface pack it’s plug-and-play since I’ve already assigned both the face ID and headshot for every player I created.
