I´m not its author but this cyberface works fine so I think you are using wrong modded shoes for Tatum. So try to check if you installed any shoe mod.

I know some of you are noticing that issue but it´s not my work, I´m just sharing it, I don’t know why some Chinese modders are sharing cyberfaces with missing parts, but it’s not something that can be fixed. I hope they release new versions without that issue. I’ve seen the same thing happen with other cyberfaces they’ve repeated the same problem. It’s really odd.
