Description
This mod changes what happens when you select the “Player Health” option in the pause menu (under Gameplan) during a game. The text in the menu will still say Player Health, but instead of opening the usual Player Health screen, it will open either:

Game Rules: lets you adjust gameplay rules, or

Choose Sides: lets you switch which team you control.
Which one appears depends on which version of the modded file you installed.
How to Set Up

Open the folder inside the ZIP that matches the menu you want (Game Rules or Choose Sides).

Copy the file myleaguepauseinjuriesplayerhealthmaster.iff into your mods folder (found in your main NBA 2K26 directory).
If you don’t have a mods folder, create one.

To switch between Game Rules and Choose Sides, just replace the file with the other version.
But if you were already in a match when you installed it, you’ll need to leave the on-court environment and re-enter for the change to take effect.
You don’t need to restart the game.
