      I have tried but it still doesn't work. Do mods need to be decompressed and then dragged into the game root directory?

    It´s so simple, once you access to drive link, you will see different arenas as zip files. Download of them and open the zip with WinRAR, then you will see a mods folder there. Just drag and drop that mods folder to Steam/steamapps/common/NBA 2K26 and it should work.
